T-Shirts for Everyday Wear, Teams, and Bulk Orders

Most t-shirts feel fine in the first week. After that, you find out what they’re actually made of.

Arm 3 carries cotton builds heavy enough to hold their shape, lighter options for performance and warmer conditions, and relaxed fits that work for daily use without trying too hard.

  • Ready-made across multiple fits and fabric weights
  • Casual, sports, and workwear styles
  • Bulk ordering for teams, businesses, and events
  • Customization available separately for branded orders

Explore Different T-Shirt Styles and Fits

The fit you pick changes everything. A relaxed cut in heavy cotton wears completely differently than a tapered performance build, even if both are technically the same product.

Oversized T-Shirts

Dropped shoulder, wider body, longer hem. The extra fabric isn't just a style choice. In heavier cotton it gives the garment structure and helps it hold its shape wash after wash.

Heavyweight T-Shirts

Most people notice the difference the first time they pick one up. 200 GSM and above has a weight to it that lighter builds don't. Holds its shape longer, fades slower, and generally looks better after repeated washing than it has any right to.

Relaxed Fit T-Shirts

Comfortable through the chest and shoulders without sitting too far off the body. Works for most people without much thought, which is why it's the most ordered cut for everyday and workwear use.

Lightweight T-Shirts

Better for warm conditions and layering. The fabric breathes well and sits close without bulk. Worth knowing though, lighter GSM shows wear faster, so the use case matters when choosing between this and a heavier build.

Athletic and Performance

Tapered through the torso, cut for movement. Usually moisture-wicking or a fabric blend. Built for active use, not just the look of it.

Fabric and Material Options for Different Types of Wear

Get the fabric wrong and everything else follows. The fit suffers, the shape goes early, and no amount of good construction fixes a poor material choice.

Cotton

Cotton is the default for a reason. It breathes, it washes well, and the GSM range is wide enough to cover lightweight summer builds all the way up to heavy structured pieces.

Polyester

The fabric of choice for active wear. Dries fast, wicks moisture, and holds prints well. Not ideal for casual every day wear. Cotton still wins there.

Cotton-Polyester Blends

A 60:40 or 65:35 ratio is standard. Less shrinkage than pure cotton. Holds its shape better over time. Comfortable enough for daily use without being high-maintenance.

Fit, Comfort, and Long-Term Wear

A t-shirt that fits right on day one should fit the same way six months later. That rarely happens by accident.

GSM matters, but pre-shrinking and fabric preparation matter just as much. A well-constructed piece holds its measurements after repeated washing. One that isn't prepared properly shows it quickly.

The shoulder width, sleeve cut, and side seam placement all affect how a garment moves with the body. A t-shirt that pulls across the chest or restricts the shoulders gets worn less, regardless of how it looks.

Lighter builds sit flat under heavier pieces without adding bulk. Relaxed and oversized fits have enough room to accommodate layers without the silhouette changing.

Some fabrics shrink more than expected after the first few washes. Colour also fades unevenly in fabrics with inconsistent dye absorption. Pre-shrunk materials and quality blends reduce both.

Reinforced seams on the shoulders and hem make a noticeable difference in pieces that get worn and washed regularly. It's one of those things that doesn't show up immediately but becomes obvious over time.
