A good hoodie gets worn more than almost anything else in a wardrobe. The weight feels right, the fit doesn’t fight the body, and it works across more situations than it has any right to.
Arm 3 carries hoodies across different constructions, fabric weights, and fits. Heavier fleece builds for colder conditions and structured streetwear. Lighter French terry options for transitional wear. Pullover and zip-up cuts depending on what the order calls for.
Not every hoodie is built the same way. The cut affects how it wears, what it layers over, and what it’s actually suited for.
The most common cut for a reason. No zip, clean front, and a silhouette that works for casual wear and streetwear equally. In heavier cotton fleece it carries enough structure to stand on its own as an outerwear piece.
Dropped shoulder, wider body, longer hem. The same logic as oversized t-shirts but the fabric weight matters more here. Anything under 320 GSM in an oversized cut tends to lose its shape faster than it should.
More versatile than a pullover for layering. The front zip changes the construction slightly. The fabric needs to sit flat on both panels without pulling. Works well in mid-weight builds where the zip doesn't add unnecessary bulk.
Tapered through the torso and shoulders. Built for movement rather than bulk. Usually cut from a lighter or blended fabric to keep the profile close keeping the profile close and leaving enough room to move.
Shorter hem, sits above the hip. Popular in streetwear and casual women's wear. The crop length changes how the ribbed hem sits, so the finish at the bottom needs more attention than a standard cut.
More than most garments, a hoodie lives or dies by its fabric. The same cut in French terry and a 380 GSM brushed fleece wear so differently they barely feel like the same product.

The default for most hoodie production. Soft inside, structured enough outside to hold its shape. GSM is where the real difference sits:

A looped inner surface rather than brushed. Lighter and less insulating than fleece, which makes it the better call for transitional weather or brands that want a hoodie silhouette for brands that want a hoodie silhouette but not the bulk of a full fleece build.

The inner surface is brushed during production for a softer, warmer feel. At the same GSM as standard fleece it holds heat noticeably better. Most common in heavier builds where comfort is the priority.

Shrinks less than pure cotton and holds color better over time. The trade-off is feel. It sits closer to synthetic than natural against the skin. More common in athletic builds than everyday casual wear.
A hoodie that fits well on arrival should fit the same way a year later. That depends on more than just fabric weight.
A well-constructed hood sits properly on the shoulders without collapsing forward or pulling back. The panel cut and the weight of the fabric both affect how it sits when worn.
Ribbing loses its stretch faster than most people expect. Quality ribbing holds its shape through repeated washing. Poor ribbing goes loose within weeks and changes how the whole garment looks and feels.
A small detail that shows up quickly in cheaper builds. The drawstring should move freely through the channel, sit evenly on both sides, and hold its position and hold its position so the hood fabric sits flat.
Fabric preparation before cutting matters as much as GSM. A well-prepared 320 GSM fleece holds its measurements better than a poorly prepared 380 GSM one.
For bulk orders especially, sizing needs to be consistent across every unit in the run. A medium that fits differently from one batch to the next is one of the most common complaints in group and brand orders.
Bulk hoodie orders come with their own set of requirements. Consistent sizing across different body types, reliable delivery, and a finish that looks the same across every unit in the order.
Common order types we handle:
Samples are available before any bulk run is confirmed. Quantity, fabric type, and delivery requirements are worth sorting out early so nothing needs revisiting once production starts.

Embroidery, screen printing, and private labeling are all available for hoodie orders.
